Culinary Hot-Couture founded in 2007 by Chef Matteo Gironi
Chef Matteo was born in the province of Lombardia Italy and the art of cuisine was ingrained in him at an early age. Having grown up on his Nonna’s farm, he tasted the abundance of fresh produce harvested from their land. Culinary Hot-Couture can now bring that simplicity to your table.
